Early December I had the chance to sit down with Jim and Linda Dalton over a cup of coffee. Jim was writing an article about my recovery from the fire for Pinestraw Magazine and we had a wonderful few hours worth of conversation where I learned a lot about them. I like the camaraderie between people in the same profession where words and phrases are instantly understood. Jim and Linda have been potters for a number of years and it was great learning how they operate as I showed them around my studio. It has been a while since I have been able to kick up some dust in my own place and to talk "shop" again. Thanks to them for coming by and I look forward to touring their studio sometime soon. And also thank you to the folks at Pinestraw Magazine for featuring the arts in Moore County.
